In 2025, Thousand Waves is celebrating 40 years of fulfilling our mission to foster fitness, healing, emppowerment and peacemaking by promoting healthy minds and bodies with martial arts and self-defense programs for adults and children of all ages. For our annual fundraiser this year, we've set a goal of 120,000. Funds raised support all of our programs, including scholarships, self-defense, and our Adapted Seido Karate program for children with disabilities.
