I am excited to be raising money for Thousand Waves 40th Anniversary! We are trying to raise 120,000 to support our not-for-profit mission to foster fitness, healing, empowerment and peacemaking.

Thousand Waves provides scholarships so everyone can train karate who wants to. We also run self-defense programs for individuals and community groups. Our Adapted Seido Karate program serves children with disabilities.
