Dear friends and family,
As you know, Liliana and I have poured our hearts for over a decade into training, teaching and growing at Thousand Waves Martial Arts and Self-Defense dojo. A non-for profit school that has been serving our community for 40 years! In fact, this June we will be celebrating 40 years of having our doors open!
What began as a personal journey in martial arts has become a shared mission to empower not only ourselves, but students of all ages and genders to create discipline and confidence through countless hours of instruction, mentorship and community events. Because of this we've built a safe and inclusive space where kids and adults alike can thrive on and off the floor.
As we enter another year, we're reaching out again to ask for your continued support. Your donation will support all of our non-for-profit work, including scholarships, empowerment self-defense programs, and our Adapted Seido Karate Program for children with disabilities.
