Hey everyone! as many of you know Thousand Waves has been a long-time Karate training home for me, Ezra & Simone. It has deep feminist roots and an inspiring history and is building back post-covid so it can continue to serve folks with a strong scholarship program for all who need it, self-defense programs offered throughout the city and the adapted Seido karate program.
