This amazing dojo should have died in 2019 when our succession plan blew up and chaos reigned, but it didn't. Then COVID tried to take us down but it couldn't either. With everyone working together - from we who were here in the beginning, to a new generation just now taking their first steps on the path - Thousand Waves is continuing to set positive waves of fitness, healing, empowerment and peacemaking in motion.
