Join Ana, Eric, Jeff, Lucía, & Margarita in supporting real change. We are a family with different last names, united by many things, including our love for the Thousand Waves mission. We include two Sensei, a Nidan, a once Junior Nidan currently practicing as an adult yellow belt, and a new white belt. Between the five of us, we own bunches of belts. Thousand Waves promotes fitness, healing, empowerment, and peacemaking in our community, offering scholarships to make our programs accessible to all. In addition to this, Thousand Waves maintains an Adapted Seido Karate program for children with disabilities. We could not do this without the support of our friends.
