Thank you for supporting Thousand Waves mission to foster fitness, healing, empowerment and peacemaking.

Help us continue our bounce-back from the difficulties of the pandemic: We're seeing membership levels begin to grow again as we have been able to open up more and more. Our self-defense program has returned with more teachers, on-site workshops every two months, and multiple programs hosted by organizations around Chicago. Kyoshi Tom and a strong volunteer corps is leading stimulating classes in our Adapted Seido Karate program for children with disabilities. Scholarships remain a core part of our identity, with about 10% of our student body receiving assistance to participate in our ongoing karate program. We couldn't do this work without your support!
