Thank you for supporting Thousand Waves mission to foster fitness, healing, empowerment and peacemaking.

We have continued to serve members throughout the pandemic, maintaining our commitment to access and affordability by providing scholarships to all who need them. Our fundraising efforts this year will sustain our capacity to attract and retain a diverse membership, help us restart our Adapted Seido Karate program, and our self-defense program which we have begun offering workshops for this September for the first time since the shut down.
